just when i thought i can have a peaceful weekend to myself,
this thing jus got to happen.
do i have a choice?
i'm at anybody, everybody's call.
i used to not mind,
but now sometimes i jus mind so much.
and i see no point in me slogging so hard.
FOR WHAT SIA.
i dun really have a plan of what to do after i leave,
but currently i think i will go for relieve teaching for a period of time.
BUT i wun step into this industry for sure.
while relieve teaching,
i shall go for some media-related courses to upgrade myself.
of course, to build up my portfolio.
but this is jus part of my plan,
haven really decide if i really wanna execute it.
anyway, went out with sok and ky today.
even though we finally meet up like after 2 years,
it was still pretty fun,
with all the zek ark-ing of the same topic we had for years.
hot topics are always hot,
regardless of time.
anyway personally,
i felt i didnt had a really smooth day.
and this just made me felt even more sick of work.
planned to have an exclusive interview with the very adorable kiddos from some star-searching competition in singapore.
unfortunately people just have to go against you.
here's how everything goes.

SY: u know that day at the finals right, time was rather tight and we didnt really managed to do a proper interview with the contestants. so i was wondering if it is possible for you to arrange an interview for us? cos we wanna put them as our main focus for nxt week.
MC: (tone starting to change) ohh... u wan all 4 arh?
SY: yah.
MC: oh a bit hard leii... cos arh, now its over liao they dun really need much publicity. besides hoh they need to catch up on their studies as they missed out a lot over the 4 months and we dun wish to disturb them. -here comes the best part- and hoh that day we invite u all down to the finals is to let u all do the interview. if u all didnt managed to interview den there is nothing we can do also.
SY: but that day we didnt manage to get ** & ** cos they didnt come out to the backstage.
MC: but yah there's nothing we can do now loh. so if you wan to interview maybe you send email lah den we help u all do the interview.
SY: (controls my temper and talk in a PR-ish manner with a fake smile plastered to my face over the phone even though MC wun be able to see it) ohh... ok... den i discuss with my team already den i get back to you. thanks so much.

to be honest i alr approach one kiddo on my own and kiddo was agreeable to it ok!
i was really really pissed and disappointed and i called kiddo...

(cos i uses office number, private number arh, so kiddo scared)

SY: erm i asked about the contract thing, and your contract is for one year.
kiddo: oh ok.
SY: and erm MC says u all missed out alot of school work and need to catch up badly, so she kinda dun allow the interview to go on.
kiddo: huhh den how?
SY: erm we have to give up on the interview loh.
kiddo: erm when u all wan the interview to be done huh?
SY: initally is sometime this or nxt week, but since MC dun allow, den we have to forgo the interview loh.
kiddo: erm den how? *persistent* phone interview can?
SY: errr i dun think so lah. nvm lah its ok...
kiddo: den cannot do anything arh?
SY: erm dun think so, think we are not allow to interview at all.

but i dowan bring anyone any trouble,
so we jus have to sacrifice the interview.

even though its REALLY NOT kiddo's fault.

anyway, some good news for the day perhaps.
i'm getting this dunno wad award for IBP...
and i will be getting 80 bucks as well...
i guess some people are just gonna be unhappy about it,
make some comment about it and make sure i wun be able to see it.
but i still gotta say i didnt expect this to come by...
until weiting suddenly said congrats to me in the office...
like ok whatever be unhappy about it whoever out there...
however, i daresay even though i may not have done alot,
but at least i did my part well.
just for that,
my conscious is clear.
however overall,
its still an emo day for me.
